Model Paulina Porizkova is taking a behind-the-scenes look at the recording of the audio version of her new book, “No Filter,” which hits bookshelves in November.
On Monday, October 17, the 57-year-old model shared some #NoFilter photos showing her sitting in a studio talking about the process behind creating her audiobook, including an “endless” glass of water!

In her latest Instagram post on Monday, October 17, the first Central European woman to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated swimsuit magazine revealed that she is giving her fans an audiobook version of her upcoming book, “No Filter.”
“Here I am recording my book for an audio version of my book, for those of you who prefer to listen,” she wrote in the caption, adding, “I know I like my book on tape while driving!”
“I was very nervous to record the audio- because I had never done anything like that before. Interviews and shows and movies- sure, but just reading out loud?” he asked. “But it turned out to be a lot of fun. In fact, reading my book out loud with the intention it was written in felt great.”

“I drank endless glasses of water to keep my mouth moist- (who knew?) and had to put a pillow in front of my stomach because it turns out, when you’re quiet your stomach actually talks a lot! (Who knew?),” he joked, offering “Thanks to @cdmstudios!”
“My book No Filter, the Good the Bad and the Beautiful , will be available in bookstores on November 15th- but it’s available for pre-sale now, just click the link in my bio!” he added. “That also has whatever appearance is coming and the bookstore!”

Paulina’s 837 thousand Instagram followers were quick to shower the post with positive comments. One fan commented, “I’m glad to hear you read all day! And with a rumbling stomach too!” Another follower agreed, adding, “I can’t think of anyone else who can read it as well as you, because you know exactly how to describe every line.”

The book, which hits stores Nov. 15, was listed as one of the New York Post’s 28 Books You’ll Want to Read this fall, according to its website. New York Times bestselling author Ann Patchett had nothing but praise for the book, calling it “a book about rare life, deep love, deep sadness, anxiety, self-confidence, empowerment, aging, loss and joy. It nuanced, complex, insightful, helpful, and always surprising.”
The synopsis for “No Filter” calls the memoir “a smart and engaging exploration of sadness, grief, beauty, aging, relationships, reinvention and finding your purpose. After the book was released, Paulina made a series of personal appearances to promote the book. On Wednesday, November 16, he will head to Barnes & Noble in Union Square to chat with Kerry Egan. Two days later, on Friday, November 18, he will appear at “Books & Books + The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce” for a conversation with someone who has yet to be announced.

The following night, on Saturday, November 19, he will appear at the Miami Book Fair at Miami Dade College for a conversation with Dani Shapiro. Fans hope more in-person events will be announced soon!
