Pavail Gulati is an Indian film and television actor. He appeared in the Amitabh Bachchan starrer TV series, Yudh (2014), in which he played the character of Rishikesh Sikarwar.

Pavail Gulati was born on Monday, 14 September 1987 (age 33 years; as in 2020), in Delhi. He did his schooling from Bluebells School International, New Delhi. Later, he joined Whistling Woods International, which is a film, communication, and creative arts institute located in Mumbai.

His father, Kanwar Deepak Gulati is a retired SBI employee, who works as a documentary filmmaker. Pavail’s mother, Anju Gulati is a producer in a radio station. He has an elder brother, Kanwar Suhail Gulati. There is not much information about his love life.
Career
He started his career as a theatre artist and did training in acting under the veteran Bollywood actor, Naseeruddin Shah.
In 2010, he debuted as an actor in the Bollywood film, ‘Hide and Seek.’
In 2014, he was roped in for the Sony TV’s serial, ‘Yudh;’ starring the legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan.
In 2016, he appeared in the short film, ‘Queen of Hearts.’
In 2017, he played the character of ‘Chirag’ in the Bollywood film, ‘Ittefaq,’ starring Sidharth Malhotra, Akshaye Khanna, and Sonakshi Sinha.
He acted in Imtiaz Ali’s directorial short film, ‘The Other Way,’ in 2018.
He played the character of ‘Aditya’ in the multi-starrer Bollywood film, ‘Kalank’ in 2019. In the same year, he appeared in the Hindi TV web-series, ‘Made in Heaven.’
In 2020, he appeared in the Bollywood film, ‘Thappad,’ in which he played the character of Taapsee Pannu’s husband.

- He won ‘The Digital Dash’ award for his short film ‘The Other Way’ in 2018.
- Reportedly, he was very nervous while shooting a scene in the film, ‘Thappad’ (2020), where he had to slap Taapsee Pannu. He said,
While you are already under the pressure of pulling off that scene, then are some technical aspects involved where the slap has to be from the correct angle and have the correct impact. All this took me six takes. And then Taapsee came up to me and said, ‘Just don’t think about anything. Ghumake laga de’! Finally, we got the seventh one right.”
