A rampaging motorcyclist stomped on the windshield of a car carrying a mother, her girlfriend and her two children on a Philadelphia street Sunday, according to footage of the confrontation.
The shocking moment, captured by a tourist, shows the unidentified man riding a two-wheeler with a group of other bikers, dirt riders and ATV riders before he got off his bike and jumped into a car Sunday night near Philadelphia City Hall.
As the suspect — wearing a “You Ain’t No Killa” t-shirt — smashed the windshield, the gun fell out of his pants, according to the video and authorities.
The driver, identified by CBS Philadelphia as the 23-year-old mother of Nikki Bullock, immediately got out of the car and confronted the suspect, who pointed a gun at the woman’s face before quickly putting it back in his pants, according to the video.

The motorcyclist then headbutted the victim with his helmet still on as the two verbally sparred with each other.
Bullock didn’t back down, and pushed the man so hard that he nearly fell off his motorcycle.
“The child screamed. Like crazy,” Bullock told the local CBS outlet, adding later. “The only thing that protects my kids from having a bunch of glass break on them is my tinted rear windshield.”

Bullock later carried her son from the car, with his girlfriend carrying the other toddler following the incident.
“(The driver) was very brave,” the 27-year-old man who shot the video, Florida resident George Coloney, told The Post Monday night.
Coloney said the suspect jumped on Bullock’s vehicle after the dirt bike hit the car, causing an argument.

Philadelphia police today said the department is looking for a suspect in connection with aggravated assault and vandalism, posting a screenshot of the suspect on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Authorities showed a tattoo on one of the suspect’s arms and the gun he was holding in a photo released of the incident.
“At this time, we are still trying to locate the complainant,” Philadelphia police said in an email to The Post Monday night. “Major Crime is investigating. Anyone with information is encouraged to call or text the PPD tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477).”

District Attorney Larry Krasner also lashed out at the suspect during Monday’s press conference.
“That person, whoever that person is, if that person is arrested. And I get the opportunity to charge that person, we’re going to go after that person very, very hard after that person for that behavior, he said, according to CBS.
Coloney said he contacted the victim on Monday after he posted the video on Instagram, which has garnered nearly 860,000 views.
He was visiting the City of Brotherly Love for two nights when he captured the moment from atop a double-decker bus.
“I’m just happy that the video showed we were able to find who the girl was and that there were a lot of people sending her money to pay for the car,” he said.
