Although the multi-hyphenate has made a name for himself in his country — and the world at large — his popularity did nothing for him when he walked into a bar in the world’s sixth-largest country over the weekend. The “Sunflower” artist allegedly turned away from the establishment when he tried to protect them, no thanks to the many tattoos that adorn his body.

Although he could freely enter any establishment in the United States, Malone found that the accepted dress code at the QT hotel in Perth, Australia, was slightly different. The rapper singer, who is etched with at least 12 tattoos on his face, has words like “Always Tired” drawn under his eyes, barbed wire tattooed on his hairline, and a thin sword drawn on his cheek.
He also has the words “Stay Away” ironically etched on his eyebrow, bringing to life the events that took place when he tried to enter the hotel’s rooftop bar. Malone was asked to leave the bar by security for violating their strict policy that prohibits “face, neck and offensive tattoos.”

“They rejected me because of my tattoo. I’ve never really experienced anything like that,” the “White Iverson” hitmaker shared in disbelief after the incident. Since the QT hotel had nothing to offer him, Malone took his coins to the rooftop bar 18 Knots, where security quietly let him in.
While there, the 27-year-old allegedly mingled with his fans, even buying them drinks, before spending some quality time with his crew. When Malone arrived at the second location, QT drafted an apology that was sent to Daily Mail Australia by a representative. The statement reads:
“At QT, we aim to welcome everyone and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. QT has been recognized for this for many years. However, on Saturday night, our third party security did not use proper discretion, and we take full responsibility for this. We apologize to the individuals affected.”
Malone — real name Austin Richard Post — is in Australia for the Twelve Carat tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Fans Are Worried About The ‘Rockstar’ Singer’s Health
Fans expressed concern over the “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” cameo star after he appeared on stage looking thinner than they remembered. The Blast noted that Malone’s rep addressed the apparent weight loss, claiming that her previous weight gain was for a movie role.
In their words, she lost weight after filming ended through exercise and adherence to a strict diet and exercise routine. The source also added that staying up and doing 90-minute sets every night contributed significantly to Malone’s new trim figure.

Richard’s words seem to contradict what happened shortly after Malone began his tour when he canceled his Boston concert following complications from a previous rib injury. To that end, the Billboard Music Awards winner took to his social media page to release a statement that began:
“Boston, I love you all so much. During the tour, I usually wake up around 4pm, and today I woke up with a cracking sound on the right side of my body.”
Malone added that while he “felt really good last night,” things felt different when he woke up that morning. The iHeartRadio Music Awards winner continues:
“I had a very hard time breathing, and there was like a stabbing pain when I breathed or moved.” Moreover, he explained to his fans that the discomfort will not allow him to give the performance he deserves, but he will make up for it.”
Malone went on to assure his fans that their tickets for the event “will be valid for the rescheduling that we are currently planning.” He finished by apologizing again and expressing his love for the city with a pledge “to make it up to you. I love you Boston, I’ll see you soon.”
He initially injured his ribs after he fell through a trapdoor during a concert performance.
