He was in a relationship with Indian TV actress Pavitra Punia. During the interview, he talked about his overly possessive relationship with her, which was the reason for their breakup. He said,

Career
He was inclined towards fitness since his school and college days. In 2015, she participated in the ‘Change in Me’ health and fitness contest and she won the contest. He also worked as a fitness trainer at the gym ‘GM Nutrition’ owned by Indian-American Fitness Trainer Guru Mann.

She started her career as a contestant on the MTV dating show ‘Love School Season 3’ in 2018.

While he was in ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ in 2021, he became good friends with Indian singer Neha Bhasin. Their closeness in the house was brutally beaten by netizens. Neha and her husband also received great response from the audience for her closeness with Pratik in the house. In an interview, when Pratik was asked about his views on the whole situation, he said,
Guys, I have a request for all of you who love me and support me. Please don’t say wrong things to Neha. Don’t blame him because I am equally involved in everything and I accept it but he has been a true and honest friend to me and has stood up for me unconditionally and honestly and that means a lot to me. It is genuine and true friendship and real emotions are involved.
