“Been doing the @donsaladino workout program for months now. Some don’t work,” he quipped. In the comments, the in-demand fitness trainer replied, “???♂️?.”
Fans were quick to join in on the joke, with one fan writing, “Your training methods are clearly ineffective. You have to pay him back.” Another follower joked, “I just want to see Ryan Reynolds’ response.”

“You probably accidentally ate some watermelon,” teased a third fan. “You’re probably just bloated,” another follower chimed in. “The fact that you have to tag Ryan on your bump just to make it clear he’s not someone else’s kid,” said another fan.
“You’ve probably spent more days pregnant than not in the past few years but who can blame you?” another follower asked.

“Don Saladino’s exercise program is done standing up. The Ryan Reynolds program is done lying down. There is an answer,” commented another fan. “It’s an angle. Try a different stance,” another follower joked.
“Oh boy, this is sure to go viral!” shouted another fan. Many followers said they were there to see Ryan’s response… as of Tuesday morning, they were still waiting!

Don Saladino, who also trains Marvel star Sebastian Stan, actress Anne Hathaway, and more, spoke with E! News about Blake’s workout routine. Although it’s not easy being a mother of three young children – and a soon-to-be mother four young children – Don talks about the importance of being consistent.
“I think the thing with Blake right now is that he understands the importance of trying to be consistent,” he said. “He’s no different than anyone else you know. She’s a mother, right? He is a human being. Just because he’s a celebrity doesn’t mean his tissues or muscles or bones are any different. He is human.”

“It’s not always easy, is it?” he continued. “As she admits, like, some days her kids might be up all night or something happens that the average mom has to deal with, but I really believe that Blake’s recent success is an effort to take the time and do the best . that he can. Sometimes things can get in his way or sometimes things will come up and he accepts them and he moves on. That’s right.”
“He’s really trying to show that level of consistency and I think that’s why,” he added. “That’s a good line Blake and I have. If we’re going to go into sessions, it’s not about going into every session with a Rocky-type mentality.”

“It’s just, most people out there need to understand that it’s not about going in and stepping up and going as hard as you can every time you work out. That’s the biggest mistake people make,” he explained. “The reality is, it’s not going to be a perfect scenario, is it? There are always things that stand in your way. That’s just life. Just get in there and move.”
He said that one of Blake’s biggest goals is “just to come in and move every day successfully, because instead of comparing it to your best workout, he’s now going and saying, ‘Good, I’m moving!’ That’s the big lesson here. Don’t feel like you have to get off the couch and set this world record workout. Because if that’s the goal, nobody’s going to make it. We’re looking for this level of consistency.”
