The soon-to-be mom isn’t letting her “cute little accessories” stop her from making her mark in the real estate world while getting some tasty deals. In the update, which was shared via Instagram, Heather dropped some photos highlighting the beautiful interior and exterior of the Cavalli Penthouse, which has been on the market for several months.
The image goes from the dining room to the kitchen, living room and balcony area without any decrease in quality and aesthetics. Heather’s lengthy caption begins with an excited squeal about her win before pointing out that the house is a two-bedroom flat with four and a half bathrooms. He continued:
“The best is when great friends turn into great clients Me, @heatherdubrow and @drdubrow looked for a place for about 7 months, and we looked at every building between Century City and West Hollywood, and they fell in love [with] this amazing penthouse!! It’s a huge penthouse with unobstructed views- it took us about 4 1/2 months to negotiate the deal but finally settled on a great price that both parties are very happy with.”
He added that his years in real estate have helped sharpen his “negotiation skills,” explaining that one just has to “find the right seller motivated to take a lower price.” The “Selling Sunset” star explained that “The Cavalli Penthouse is a bold design.

With expansive views overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this newly renovated penthouse showcases custom finishes and furnishings. Step off the elevator into your own private lobby.” The interior features a flexible layout with two large bedrooms accompanied by a luxurious bathroom, custom walk-in closet, private sauna, two additional private terraces and a separate office with library.
The Penthouse also features a pool, jacuzzi with private cabana, concierge service, gated security, fitness studio, business center, movie theater and valet parking. These impressive features make it easy to understand why the couple — Terry and Heather Dubrow — snapped it up without hesitation.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the Orange County-based reality star is focused on finding a pied-à-terre — a small home for occasional use — in the city with the help of the “Love in the Time of Monsters” cast.
For the Dubrows, it’s time for them to “learn the area we want to live in, the building we love.” For Puan, who has seen almost “every building in Los Angeles in every area. I walked into this building, and I was blown away.”
The penthouse, which was previously listed for $21 million in 2021, dropped to $17.9 million last July. It eventually sold to the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star and her 64-year-old husband for $14 million.

Ever since she became Tarek El Moussa’s wife, questions about Heather’s net worth have often come up. And Style Caster tried to provide an answer in an article they published in August 2022.
After stating that her “Selling Sunset” salary was unclear, the outlet reported that the model earns a decent amount from commissions on multi-million dollar homes she sells as an agent for the Oppenheim Group. Heather allegedly sold $11,914,000 worth of homes from the show’s first through three seasons, taking home an estimated $281,677.
The mom-to-be also reportedly earned about $4,628 for sponsored Instagram posts as a social media influencer. As of November 2021, the “Tarek’s Flip Side” star has been endorsed by brands such as Tru Supplements and Vault Lighting.
This amount brings his net worth to an estimated $3 million, including his “Selling the Sunset” salary and real estate commissions. This estimate makes Heather the third highest net worth on the reality series, next to her co-stars Chrishell Stause — who is worth $5 million, and Brett and Jason Oppenheim — who are worth about $50 million each.
