Heather Rae Young shares an important update with fans as her expected due date draws closer!
Since the reality TV star announced that she and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, are expecting their first child together, she has maintained an honest and open stance, often sharing intimate details about the pregnancy journey. The “Selling Sunset” star did it again when she uploaded a video to her Instagram Story recently.

In the 40-second clip, Heather is seen in a gray sweatsuit with her blonde locks pulled away from her face. Although her face is bare, she uses filters to hide blemishes and show off her dimples as she discusses planning her baby shower. After greeting the audience, the mother-to-be said:
“Okay. So, I’m working on my baby shower seating chart — which is hard; it’s like [planning] Wedding ceremony. I had a lot of girls come over, so it paired people I knew would hang out [and] be happy together.”
She notes that all her “friends love each other,” a fact that even her baby can attest to because “he’s kicking me right now!” That last statement prompted her to pull up her sweatshirt, exposing her visible bump to the audience. Heather then went ahead to share the anatomical changes while rubbing her stomach, stating:
“My dizziness is also getting bigger. I have a [sic] outie grew, so I wonder if it’s, you know, showing up again now. Hope it comes back, though.”
The clip has the words, “Baby show prep. And baby boy kicks mama” on it. While we can’t tell how many fans took to his DMs to answer his questions about his “outie,” we do know that they responded very well to a post he made last month.
The Blast shared that the radiant queen dropped two photos of herself in a partially buttoned coffee brown coat and partially unbuttoned pants. While the first image is a head-to-knee view of her outfit, a swipe to the left reveals a closer look at her bump.
Heather looked unfazed as she leaned against the nude colored wall with both hands in her pants pockets. “The Internship” actress, who skipped wearing a bra for a moment, began her caption:
“Right now: the perfect mix of busy mom-to-be and enjoying every moment of raising our son [white love emoji]. I feel like even though I’m busier than ever, I have so many moments where I pause to do little things like feel my belly or smile when I feel him kick.”
The mother-to-be said she plans to handle being a mother with “meaningful intention rather than just action.” She also wants to be a working mom and have “an amazing career but also be there for all the moments, big or small, for our baby boy.”
Heather claims that making “that kind of intention early on is really important,” encouraging her fans that they can do the same “even if you’re not pregnant.” His fans agreed with his words of wisdom, liking the post nearly 100k times.
Tarek Talks About The Effect Of His Wife’s Pregnancy On Him

In October, The Blast noted that Tarek couldn’t help but brag about his wife in an Instagram post he shared on October 9. Alongside a picture of her and Heather posing on the footpath with the latter hugging her bump in a lacy black dress, the property investor wrote:
“In awe of this woman and her ability to be so beautiful, hardworking, loving, and kind. She makes being a pregnant entrepreneur look easy and inspires me every day.”
The father-of-two didn’t deny how “lucky” he was to have Heather, adding, “if you have any pregnancy-related questions for us, let them go, and I’ll see as many as I can” supporters took up the offer, asking questions pregnancy related to his wife in the comments. Others just wonder how “cute” the lovebirds look.
The El Moussas are committed forever with a small wedding in Montecito, California, in 2021. Together they are raising two more of Tarek’s children — Taylor and Brayden, whom he shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall.
