The “Orange Is the New Black” star became the talk of the town after she revealed her bulging baby bump to the world at the 2023 Tony Awards. She’s now back to share the most important thing she wants her baby to learn from her life while praising her beloved mom for being a hard worker.

According to The Blast, she uploaded a clip that zoomed out of the dark surface to reveal her holding a cute white onesie. As soon as the camera was fixed on her glistening face, she exclaimed, “Ta-da!” He expressed through his caption:
“What a pleasure. My husband Robert and I are so excited to enter our next chapter together as parents. I am very excited. I can be someone’s Mommy! I know as the three of us continue to grow, our only goal will be to love you, little one. My goodness. Look at what God has done.”
The Boston University alum has followed up the announcement with more heartwarming photos that show her flashing her pregnancy glow.
While there have been no updates involving her talking about what kind of parents she wants for her child, “Mrs. America’s Star” didn’t hesitate to broach the subject when she joined Samantha Bee on Lemonada Media’s podcast, “Choice Words” recently. In the midst of the couple’s conversation revolving around Aduba’s journey to becoming a famous actor, he stated:
“For me and what I want to teach this baby. I want my kids to know that their time here is meaningful, you know? My mother worked hard for me and my siblings and did a lot to make sure our lives had everything she hoped for the American dream. But he works so much. I want, at the end of my story, everyone who knows me to say ‘he enjoyed his life.’ He’s having fun here.”
The “Candy Jar” actress then added that she wants to teach her children to do things that make them happy and satisfied.

Although of Nigerian descent, Aduba was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to parents from the Igbo part of Nigeria. He originally wanted to be a lawyer until his creative writing teacher in high school asked him to consider going into the arts.
She poured her all into her acting and started getting recognition for her talent in 2003. She not only performed in “Xhosa Translation” at the Olney Theater Arts Center but also earned a Helen Hayes Award nomination for her performance.
The Emmy Award winner then made his Broadway debut in 2007, playing the role of Toby in “Coram Boy.” After she played the mother of the eponymous character in “Venice,” she moved on to television, appearing as a member of the cast of “Blue Bloods” in 2012.
By the following year, she began portraying Suzanne Warren in “OITNB” and the role earned her numerous awards including a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Comedy Series, a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series, and two Primetime Emmy Awards .
She first won Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series category in 2014 and then became the winner of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2015. Since then, Aduba has appeared in a slew of Hollywood projects, such as “Alvin and the Chipmunks,” ” Show Roots,” “In Treatment,” “We’re the Boat,” “Cure,” and “Miss Virginia.”
Apart from acting, Aduba is a renowned advocate who received the Point Courage Award from the Titik Foundation for her support of the LGBT community in 2017. Later in 2018, she became Heifer International’s first celebrity ambassador to Africa.
