He participated in various bodybuilding tournaments such as Stong Men of Rajasthan (2003), Mr He-Man of Rajasthan (2009), Mr Rajasthan (2008, 2009, and 2015 (senior)), and Mr North India (2009) (junior and senior category). In 2011, he won the Best Bodybuilder Award at the 49th Junior National Bodybuilding Championship (Mr. India (Junior) competition) held in Kalyan, Maharashtra; he is registered under the 60 kg category. Arora also won the Best Power Lifting of Rajasthan competition (2012-13).
He became a professional gym trainer in 2005. The chubby bodybuilder owns three branches of Royal’s Fitness Club across Kota, Rajasthan, one in Gumanpura, one in Vigyan Nagar, and one in Santoshi Nagar. He trains various gym players and helps them participate in various competitions.

Death
On 26 April 2023, Arora died of a heart attack in Kota, Rajasthan. Arora finished her daily exercise routine and went to the bathroom. His family began to suspect that something was wrong because he did not answer their calls. Arora was found when someone broke down the bathroom door, where she was found unconscious under the shower with no pulse. Although he was rushed to hospital immediately, he was pronounced dead on arrival.

- On 30 January 2011, he won the Best Bodybuilding Award at the 49th National Youth Bodybuilding Championship held in Kalyan, Maharashtra. The overall title went to Pramod Palde of Maharashtra while SK Mustaque of West Bengal won the Best Poser Award.
