Earlier in mid-2021, when the book deal was announced, Harry gave his take on what fans should expect from the memoir.

The Duke of Sussex said at the time, per Position, “I write this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become. I’ve worn many hats over the years, literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story — the ups and downs, the mistakes, the lessons learned — I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more similarities than we think.”

Since then, the rift between Harry and the rest of the Royal Family seems to be widening. The Duke of Sussex attending the Queen’s funeral may have sparked the beginning of reconciliation, but once Harry and his wife were downgraded on the royal website, it only suggested that spark of hope had been extinguished.
