Priscilla also explained the deep relationship between her, her late ex-husband, Elvis, and their beloved daughter Lisa Marie. As the only child of legendary rock icons, Lisa Marie holds a special place in their hearts. The late singer shares her daughter, Riley, with ex-husband Danny Keough.

Priscilla’s declaration serves as support for a motion seeking to seal a petition Keough previously filed to approve their settlement agreement.

In her statement, Priscilla explained that the petition she submitted earlier that year, seeking to retain her role as co-trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate, had been “misconstrued” as a dispute over her beloved daughter’s trust.

The brilliant actress stressed that such a misunderstanding was never her intention and, as a result, she terminated the law firm that had filed the petition on her behalf. Priscilla stated that her primary objective in submitting the declaration was to “resolve all potential uncertainties” surrounding the interpretation of the trust.

Following the good resolution reached in May, the sentiment of satisfaction and unity in the family remains strong. Priscilla’s lawyer, Ronson Shamoun, spoke about the positive outcome, saying, “Everyone is happy. United and together and excited for the future.” Echoing this sentiment, Riley’s attorney, Justin Gold, added, “[Riley] will not agree to the settlement if he is not satisfied with it.”

Regardless of the court’s decision on Keough’s petition, Priscilla’s removal as Trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate will remain in effect, as it was set forth in the settlement agreement she willingly signed.

In its motion, which was revealed by Daily Mail, Priscilla explained, “The settlement agreement contains personal details about my daughter’s Trust that benefits my two young granddaughters (14-year-old Harper and Finley, daughter of Lisa Marie by fourth husband Michael Lockwood, 62).”
