Riley Keough and her grandmother Priscilla Presley’s settlement agreement regarding the estate of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley has been approved by a judge. It also confirmed Priscilla’s wish to be buried near Elvis.

A judge has finally signed off on Keough and Priscilla’s settlement agreement, months after the grandmother-daughter pair were embroiled in a legal battle over Lisa Marie’s Graceland estate.
On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lynn Scaduto signed off on the agreement, which included a stipulation that Priscilla would receive a whopping $1 million funded by her late daughter’s life insurance policy.
The agreement also states that Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Lisa Marie’s half-brother, will be the beneficiary of her trust and that Priscilla will be granted her wish to be buried near Elvis Presley at the Graceland estate when he passes.
follow People magazineredacted documents from the settlement agreement reveal that Priscilla will also earn $100,000 a year as special counsel to the Promenade Trust linked to its shareholder interests in Elvis Presley Enterprises, a non-fiduciary position.
Payment to Priscilla will be made in monthly installments and guaranteed for ten years or until her death. This is regardless of whether Keough ever ends her grandmother’s job as special counsel.
