Looking stunning in a black dress, the star began the video by telling her followers that she was going to meet her friend, Heidi D’Amelio, to film a segment of her reality show.

He stated, “I was very excited to catch up and do something called forbidden, not prevent exercise but prevent exercise,” before explaining that all he knew about the exercise was that they would be barefoot.

He admits that some days are a struggle and expresses his pride in finding peace and connection with his true self. She wrote, “Today, I’m proud to say that I’m alone, not alone, and even though the past year has had its challenges, I feel so proud knowing that I made it through it all on my own.”
