Pukhraj Bhalla is an Indian actor and singer who mostly works in Punjabi films. He is the son of popular Punjabi comedian and actor Jaswinder Bhalla.

Pukhraj Bhalla made his acting debut in 2013 with the film “Stupid 7.” The film is based on the Punjabi musical drama “Me and My Story” and features Millind Gaba, Pukhraj Bhalla, Jasmeet Kaur, Karanjit Singh, Saibi Sodhi, Gunit Cour, Sukhman Brar, and Janatpreet in lead roles. Pukhraj played a character named Sahab and received great appreciation for it. Next, she appeared in Vijay Kumar Arora’s comedy-drama film “Ronde Saare Vyah Picho.” Pukhraj Bhalla improved his acting skills with each passing role thereby earning an opportunity to work under a big banner in Pollywood. He has done supporting roles in films like “Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua,” “Vaisakhi List,” “Harjeeta” and “Afsar.”

Pukhraj Bhalla rose to fame after appearing in the Punjabi language comedy web series “Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree” which was released on 15 September 2018. The series created by Rabby Tiwana is based on the life of a college student. Pukhraj Bhalla has been featured as Jaspreet Singh Randhawa aka Jass along with Karan Sandhawalia as Lakhvinder Singh aka Lucky, Sukhdeep Sapra as Anmoldeep Singh Sidhu aka Anmol, Amrit Amby as Gurshabd Singh Brar aka Lali, Prateek Singh Rai as Ekamveer Singh Gill aka Ekam, and Karanvir Deol as Rupinder Singh Oberoi aka Roop. The series gained immense popularity among the audience and proved to be the first commercially successful Punjabi web series.

Pukhraj Bhalla stepped into the singing field in 2018 when he sang his first song “Zaalma” for the web series “Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree.” His debut song was well appreciated by the audience and brought him recognition as a Punjabi singer. Over the years, he released several music singles including “Countless” under Speed Records, “Hostel Boliyan” and “Dil Haare” under Troll Punjabi.
