Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin said US President Joe Biden’s claim that Russia would attack NATO countries if he won in Ukraine was nonsense, adding that Russia was not interested in going to war with the NATO military alliance.
Biden earlier this month warned that if Putin won a victory over Ukraine then Russia would attack NATO countries.
Biden offered no clear evidence for his statement.

“It’s complete nonsense – and I think President Biden understands it,” Putin said in an interview published Sunday by Rossiya state television, saying it was Biden’s attempt to justify his “wrong policy” toward Russia.
“Russia has no reason, no interest – no geopolitical, economic, political or military interests – to go to war with NATO countries.”
