“Bachelorette” co-host Rachel Recchia recently revealed that she is starting her next chapter by moving from her hometown of Chicago, Illinois to California after she and her fiance, Tino Franco, split.
The engagement between Rachel and Tino didn’t last long when Rachel found out Tino cheated on her, ending things before the live climax of “The Bachelor” aired on television.
Now that a few months have passed, Rachel has started dating again, although she admits it’s “hard”.
Rachel Recchia Says Dating Is “Especially Hard in LA”

While on the red carpet for the iHeartRadio Music Festival, Rachel Recchia opened up about what dating life is like. “You know I try to date a little bit, very open to see what happens,” she said. “I put myself back in there and see how it goes.”
The CelebSecrets interviewer then said, “It’s hard,” to which Rachel admitted, “It is! Especially in LA nobody tells you that!”
“Honestly, I’m really open to getting to know someone,” she continued to explain.
And even though things didn’t work out for Rachel on “The Bachelorette,” she’s thankful for the experience. “Being able to look at yourself and honestly see yourself make mistakes,” he explains, “It’s hard to watch but it really makes you grow as a person.”
Rachel Recchia Dating Again

The former “Bachelor” host recently opened up on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, admitting she has started dating again.
“Well, obviously taking it slow, but I actually went on a date last week,” Recchia told co-hosts Becca Kufrin and Michelle Young. “It went well and there is a second date in the future.”
Recchia says the men she goes on dates with are just “random people” who “slide into DMs.”
“We just go and have coffee. It’s casual,” he added.
Recchia didn’t add many more details on the date, but she did tease that they “maybe” kissed.
Rachel Moves On From Ex-Fiancé, Tino

The drama unfolded during the “Bachelorette” live finale after host Rachel Recchia announced that her last man, Tino Franco, cheated on her weeks after the two got engaged, leading to an awkward reunion live on stage.
There was some bickering on stage, but in the end the two ended up on a rough note and didn’t achieve anything.
Regardless of how things end between Rachel Recchia and Tino Franco, she admits she doesn’t need closure from him or the relationship. “With Tino, the moment I found out what he did, I was like, ‘I don’t need closure.’ I just want to know – I need to know – what happened. I didn’t know my show was moving forward,” Rachel explained on the podcast.
“After our discussion, I was like, ‘I don’t need anything else to move forward, because if someone can treat me like that… sit down and tell me that I’m the reason he did that, I don’t need anything. other than him,” Rachel concluded.
