The racist gunman who killed three black people at a Dollar General in Florida called Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly “legitimate targets” who should have been “killed on sight” — and claimed to have been close enough to Kelly to shoot him.
The white rapper was listed in the vile, nearly 30-page manifesto left by Ryan Palmer, 21, after he shot a Dollar Head in Jacksonville on Saturday with two weapons, including an AR-15-style rifle painted with a swastika, according to the excerpt seen by Rolling Stone.
“Eminem … stares into the abyss (be ni–dly) and the abyss stares back (be ni—er),” Palmer wrote while also sharing a dream about race war.
“Walking by ni–er’s lover and ni–er’s honor. Falling not because his new stuff sucks but because his lyrics are gay which annoys liberals.
“The ROE for Total Ni–er Death is to include Eminem … as a legitimate target and he will be killed on sight.”

Palmmeter also takes aim at Kelly’s Machine Gun – even suggesting he may have once been close enough to her to shoot her.
“Colson Baker (aka Machine Gun Kelly): Your Honor. Killed like Eminem because I didn’t get shot at in Ohio,” he wrote. It’s unclear when or where he had an apparent close interaction with the star in the Buckeye State.
Representatives for both stars did not return Rolling Stone’s requests for comment, and the FBI told the mag it had no comment on the report.

In his outburst, Palmer also praised the conservative policies of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Timothy McVeigh, the domestic terrorist who killed 168 people in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, saying “he now lives in our hearts.”
During a briefing call on Monday, FBI Director Christopher Wray said the investigation into the shooting to this point “reveals the perpetrator of Saturday’s attack through his own writings, through the references he made, and through his actions, explaining his intentions, his actions, his motivations, his hatred.”
Palmmeter, wearing a tactical vest and carrying a Glock pistol and a rifle, killed Angela Michelle Carr, 52, Jerrald Gallion, 29, and Anolt Joseph “AJ” Laguerre Jr., 19.

He fired 11 shots at Carr as he sat in his car in the store’s parking lot, while Gallion was shot dead as he entered the store with his girlfriend.
Laguerre was working at Dollar General and was trying to escape when he was shot and killed.
After the shooting started, Palmer texted his father and told him to come into his room, where he found a will and a suicide note, police said.

His father called 911 — telling operators his son had failed to drop out of college and had “enough to stay in his room,” according to CNN. By the time his father found out what was happening, it was too late.
Palmmeter — who turned the gun on himself 11 minutes after his rampage began — acted alone in his racial rampage, authorities said.
The guns Palmmeter used were purchased legally in April and June of this year — even though Palmmeter was detained for an emergency mental health evaluation for three days in 2017, though he was released after a check-up.
FBI investigators are treating the shooting as a hate crime.
