On 29 December 2022, Radhika Merchant got engaged to Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani. The ceremony was held at the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s wedding date has not been made public.

Before Radhika and Anant’s engagement, RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani, along with Radhika, visited several temples across the country to offer prayers. Radhika and Mukesh Ambani, along with RIL director Manoj Modi, were spotted visiting the Shrinathji temple in September.

They then went to Guruvayur Shri Krishna Temple in Kerala and Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh; Mukesh Ambani donated Rs 1.5 crore to the nearby Tirumala hill temple of Lord Venkateswara.

Career
In 2017, he started working at the private luxury villa chain Isprava as a sales executive. The Isprava Group is a luxury housing developer backed by Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal, and the Burman Dabur family. Since 2016, Radhika is a member of the Encore Healthcare Board of Directors. In 2016, he interned at business strategy consultancy Cedar Consultants in Mumbai. There, he worked on presentations on Middle East Market research for new businesses in established markets such as the Taxi service market, consolidated marketable data reports on the Banking industry in India and globally, and market reports for non-existent industries estimating the bottom- top and bottom data. Previously, he has served with various organizations such as Desai & Diwanji, Law Point and Priyadarshani Academy.
