After graduation, Ramesh along with his friends started performing on the drama stage. He worked as an actor for almost 22 years. He appeared in many Malayalam TV serials and films. At the time of his death, he was filming for a TV series. In 2021, she is shooting for the Malayalam film ‘Varaal’ directed by South Indian director Kannan Thamarakkulam. He considers famous South Indian TV serial director Dr S. Janardhanan as his mentor.
Death
On September 11, 2021, he was found hanging from the bathroom ceiling fan at his residence in Valiyasalai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, around 6:30 am. Reportedly, he experienced a financial crisis due to the COVID-19 shutdown. His wife was the first to see him hanging. While talking to reporters, the local police said,
It was an unusual death and the reason behind the suicide was financial problems. He runs too short and faces losses in his business due to covid-19 or pandemic. We sent his body to the medical college hospital mortuary. To confirm whether it was murder or suicide. He lives with his second family including his second wife and a son. This residence is in Valiyashala.”
