“Pitch Perfect” star Rebel Wilson’s girlfriend, Ramona Agruma, has reflected on the early stages of her relationship with the actor and comedian.
News of their relationship only became public in June 2022, when Wilson posted a picture of them posing cutely for the camera on Instagram, accompanied by a sweet caption.
Agruma recently admitted that, as a “private” person, she found it difficult to deal with the attention that followed the public discovery of her romance with Wilson.

During her Nov. 16 appearance on “The Morning Show,” Agruma discussed her relationship with Wilson, months after the “Pitch Perfect” star publicly announced on Instagram that they were an item.
Reflecting on the journey so far, the “The Wall” actor noted that the early days of their relationship were difficult because of the overwhelming attention that came from the media.
“It was surprising at first and difficult because I’m not used to such attention,” said Agruma on the daytime show, per E! news, before adding, “I’m more private, more of a homebody.”
He later recounted their encounter with the paparazzi saying, “Sometimes it happens on a hiking trail, sometimes it looks awful and goes to the grocery store or grabs a protein shake.”
Today, the five foot five inch Aussie no longer pays attention to the media and has accepted the fact that it is impossible to avoid attention. However, she and Wilson continued to try to have a private life.

Back In June 2022, Wilson took to Instagram to upload a photo of himself and Agruma confirming they were in a relationship.
The “Senior Girl” actress captioned the photo at the time, “I thought I was looking for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I needed all along was a Disney Princess,” adding two hearts and a rainbow emoji.
Since then, Agruma and Wilson have been in the news, with many people believing that they may be engaged. Wilson has already denied the rumors, but that doesn’t stop others from occasionally popping up.
Agruma, for his part, thinks that the best way to deal with such rumors is to ignore them. He was surprised, however, when some of his friends called to congratulate him on something he was not aware of, but that was included in the rumours.

“You start thinking about other people instead of yourself,” he said, per E! Newsbefore describing the experience as “life-changing, in a good way.”
He also gave an insight into how the arrival of the child has changed his priorities and way of life.
Agruma added, “The priorities change, when you’re thinking like, ‘Oh I wish I’d go get a massage or something’. Like no, I just want to spend time with him and be at home.”
‘She’s a Beautiful Miracle’
Agruma’s interview came after Wilson announced the birth of their child on Instagram. At the time, she posted an adorable photo of the toddler sleeping on a feather-like blanket along with an emotional statement, expressing her joy at becoming a first-time mom.
“I can’t describe the love I have for her, she is a beautiful miracle! I am eternally grateful to everyone who has been involved,” Wilson wrote in his post.
She added, “I’m ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable. I’m learning fast…so much respect to all the Moms out there! Proud to be in your club.”
The comedian also gave a special thank you to her surrogate for her efforts and personal care throughout the pregnancy, saying, “Thank you for helping me start my own family, it was an incredible gift. BEST GIFT!!”
