Randall Emmett’s ex-wife has a bone to pick with her and a judge.
Ambyr Childers has filed (another) restraining order against the Hollywood producer.
Following the court’s rejection of her request on December 20 for a restraining order, the mother of two filed a new request.

US Sun reported on Childers’ recent filing stating that she filed for a restraining order against Emmett in October for “threatening and harassing emails.”
In the alleged email exchange, Randall’s attorney said he should come up with the money to “get rid of this crap once and for all.”
The person they were referring to was her ex, Childers.
Unfortunately, the court found the email “inadmissible” and that the email was a “confidential attorney-client communication” and was “inadvertently” sent to Ambyr.

She filed a new request for a domestic violence restraining order on Dec. 20 and he signed it two days later.
Emmett had to stay 100 yards away from her and was not allowed to contact her by “phone, mail, email or other electronic means”.
He was allowed to have a “simple and peaceful relationship” with her in relation to their two children.
“This new request contains further incidents of abuse separate and apart from those contained in the previous October 25 request,” Childers’ court filing said. “Furthermore, this new request provides further details of the previous physical abuse and threats of imminent serious bodily harm perpetrated by the Respondent against the Petitioner.”
Childers’ stated that Emmett was “physically abusive towards me including but not limited to attempted strangulation.”

He also said that he prevented their two young children from contacting him.
US Sun obtained a statement from Emmett’s attorney who said, “This is nothing more than retaliation to the court denying Ambyr’s first request for a restraining order. The allegations contained in the complaint are completely fictitious. We are confident that the court will reject both requests.”
The representative continued, “Randall is confused by all of this because he and Ambyr are celebrating a family event together and she has asked him to work.”
Emmett previously admitted he had been “beaten” by Ambyr and his ex-girlfriend, Lala Kent.
The producer and Childers married in 2009; however, they split in 2017 after Emmett was accused of cheating on the actress.
Emmett met Lala in 2015 while he was filming the fourth season of “Vanderpump Rules.” They went public with their relationship in December 2017 after she finalized her divorce from Childers.
Emmett and Lala were engaged for less than a year. They welcomed their daughter in March 2021.

“I will always allow myself to be spoiled in exchange for the safety and happiness of my children. Let me be a joke for them if that’s what they need,” he shared. “But Ocean is the priority, London is the priority, and Rylee, so I’m always going to put them before myself and hopefully, you know, that will eventually be the whole theme.”
Emmett admits he’s a big baby when it comes to his kids.
“I love my three children very much. When I left Ocean today, I had tears coming out of my eyes. When I left Rylee, you know, for sleepaway camp this summer, she said, ‘Dad, stop crying,’” she admitted. “So, the love that I have for my children, I just want them to have that forever no matter what. Nothing else matters.”
Ambyr filed for a domestic violence restraining order against her ex in October alleging he emotionally and verbally abused her during their eight-year marriage from 2009-2017.
In court documents, the Hollywood producer stated, “I believe Ambyr and Lauren (Lala) are working together in [an] trying to destroy my reputation to give them both an advantage for custody.”
He continued, “Ambyr has completely fabricated abuse that never happened and I believe that Lauren convinced her to do so.”
Despite not seeing eye-to-eye with her ex, she says their parenting situation is “fair”.
“We have a schedule that we follow and I think when it comes to holidays, we are very fair when we share our children. You know, I want to be fair to them. If it’s my day or my time, I want to make sure they have time,” Emmett said. “And if it’s time for them to go on vacation, they’ll make sure I have time. I think that is very important. Like no matter what happens or no matter what is said, at the end of the day, our children determine our destiny in life, and we have to put them first.”
Through documents obtained by Page SixEmmett claims that Kent and Childers “worked together” to pull him down.
