Blueface has received a judgment for the October 2022 shooting in Las Vegas and was ordered to pay large sums of money to the owner of the drag club where the incident took place.
The controversial rapper, who was arrested for the shooting in November, pleaded guilty to several charges including a misdemeanor and Category B Felony of discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.
Blueface Ordered to Pay Over $13 Million in Damages to Strip Club Owners
Court documents obtained from the judgment on October 21 indicate that relief has been granted to the Plaintiffs seeking damages in the total amount of $13,072,482. This means Blueface, whose real name is Jonathan Jamall Porter, has been ordered to pay up.

Much of the damage came from the loss of revenue incurred by the strip club, which was forced to close following the shooting.
“Due to the loss of the Plaintiff’s business license as a result of the incident on October 8, 2022, the Plaintiff cannot reopen his business, Club. Plaintiff continues to pay the required rent for the leased premises…with no business open,” the document reads.
Plaintiff claims that he earns $350,000 in sales per month, meaning that for the remaining three years of his five-year lease that he initially signed, he is owed $12,600,000 in revenue.
There is $198,000 in lease damages from October 2022 to September 2023, as well as unpaid staff wages of $84,000. Other major damages contributing to the total include sales tax of $61,066 based on two months of sales and repairs and maintenance of $32,380.
The document, obtained by renowned legal reporter Meghan Cuniff – who covered the Tory Lanez shooting case involving Megan Thee Stallion – reveals that the “Baby Momma Drama” rapper can still pay more money because the Plaintiff can still “ask for fees and reasonable attorney’s fees against the Defendant.”
The $13 million judgment is only in the civil case because the newly engaged rapper was sentenced to probation on October 2 in his criminal case. “Blueface’s guilty plea and sentence in his criminal case make this judgment enviable,” Cuniff explained, adding that the judgment in the civil case was fast-tracked because “there was no genuine issue of material fact.”
Recall that Blueface was arrested on November 15 while out in public with his now ex-girlfriend Chrisean Rock. Eyewitnesses saw a group of six to eight detectives from the LVMPD rush the rapper, pin him against a wall, and handcuff him before taking him away in their vehicle.

The arrest happened outside Lo-Lo’s Chicken and Waffles in the vicinity of Hughes Center Drive. A statement released by the police department claimed that Blueface was booked for attempted murder with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure.
The “Respect My Cryppin” star was also charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, trailer or semi. Following his arrest, Rock, who now has a son with his Blueface, took to his Instagram story to express his support for the rapper.
Why Blueface Shoots Man In Strip Club
The 26-year-old California native is no stranger to trouble with the law. In 2019, he was charged with one felony count of carrying a firearm without registration but that charge was later dropped in October of that year.
She and Rock have also made headlines for their tumultuous relationship; often seen on camera getting physical and exchanging blows with each other.
According to reports, Blueface’s fiery temper was responsible for the Las Vegas strip club shooting after an unidentified man made a bad joke about the rapper. The victim allegedly joked about Blueface, saying he was talking to “a couple of women in a cheap vehicle.” The rapper and his crew were enraged by the statement and proceeded to call the truck driver and hit him “many times.”

The mysterious man was able to escape the physical abuse and tried to drive away in his truck. However, the rapper’s crew allegedly suspected that he was “going for a gun” and decided to open fire on his vehicle.
The rapper was caught on camera shooting at a vehicle and injuring its driver outside the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas. The driver suffered “bullet graze wounds” while his truck had several bullet holes.
