Rapper Tyga is demanding sole custody of the son he shares with TV personality Blac Chyna, also known as Angela White, in response to his legal case, seeking child support.
As we previously reported, Chyna filed a “petition to determine parental relationship,” against the music artist. He asked the court to grant “joint custody” of their child to be separated between the parents.
Now, Tyga wants Chyna to have “reasonable rights to parenting time (visitation) to the party without physical custody,” instead of shared custody.

Musician Tyga has finally answered the legal case brought by his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna and is seeking sole custody of their son King.
According to court documents, obtained by ExplosionTyga wants Chyna to have a reasonable amount of visitation with their son, but he wants custody.
Also, regarding travel, Tyga wants to “have written permission from a parent or other party, or a court order, to take the children out of the state of California.”
This comes after Chyna filed a lawsuit in court in August against Tyga to establish paternity and collect child support for their 10-year-old son, King.

At the time, the reality TV personality noted in court documents obtained by Explosion that “The court may make an order for child support and issue an income assignment without further notice to either party.”
It should be noted, that the amount of child support can be determined by how much custody one parent has compared to the other. And, of course, how much money everyone makes in income.
Chyna who recently underwent a full body transformation has been very open about her struggles raising her children. He claimed that he had to sell his personal belongings to pay the bills.
She brought in $178K from selling her clothes, purses and shoes through online consignment. The mother of two also claimed that Tyga had interfered with her limited time with King (their son).

Ahead of the child support lawsuit, Chyna opened up about her improving co-parenting relationship with baby daddy Tyga and Rob Kardashian.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonightthe businessman stated that “time heals everything” and that he was happy as long as his children were well taken care of.
“I feel like with everything – time heals everything, and people change, and situations change, and you can see the situation, and the situation is the Dream,” Chyna said of her relationship with Kardashian.
She then talked about things with Tyga, saying, “And also, don’t leave King and also co-parent Michael (Tyga), with King, so I think, as long as my kids are good and happy both sides, that’s all I care about as a parent.”
Chyna added, “My kids are really smart. And they have common sense, and they’re like the sweetest people, like little people, so they’re going to be good, just them in general.”
