The 28-year-old has finally said something about this whole scandal and so far, it seems like the right thing. He released a statement apologizing to Ariana and anyone else who has been hurt by this whole ordeal.
Statements given exclusively to Entertainment Tonight reads:
“I want to apologize for my actions and my choices especially to Ariana, and to my friends and fans who invested in our relationship. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I am deeply sorry for hurting Ariana.”
She continued: “I was thinking about my options, talking to a counselor and I learned things about myself like my codependency pattern and my addiction to being and feeling loved,” something that made a lot of sense to viewers who saw how easy it was. he was able to jump from one James Kennedy to Tom Schwartz from Tom Sandoval.
Raquel Leviss Was Physically Abused

The statement highlights Raquel’s alleged addiction to attention:
“I have sought emotional validation through unhealthy intimate relationships without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively impacting others and often prioritizing intimacy over my friendships. I took steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”
She admits that she’s on a reality show but shares that she’s also been a victim in a sense.
“Although I chose to be on a reality show accepting the good and the bad that comes with it, through no action of my own, I have been physically assaulted, lost friendships, received death threats and hate mail and had my privacy violated.”
Raquel Leviss Is In Counseling

The former beauty queen revealed that counseling has been an important tool for her during this time.
“I have started counseling to end the cycle of unhealthy behavior, learn to set stronger emotional boundaries and learn to protect my mental health. I do not expect sympathy, understanding or forgiveness.”
He continued, “Right now I must focus on my own health and well-being and as I strive to be a better person moving forward, I will prioritize my mental health and learn from my mistakes.”
This apology came after Raquel sent a legal letter to several of her castmates shutting down any negative discussion and physical retaliation regarding the situation. In particular, a FaceTime video call that was recorded without her knowledge allegedly by Sandoval of Raquel in a compromising position.
ET Gets Legal Letter
A letter obtained from the entertainment news show reads:
“We understand that you and Ms. Leviss recently engaged in an intimate exchange on Facetime, which you recorded without Ms. Leviss’ permission. California is a so-called ‘two-way permission’ state, and as such, such recording is illegal in California and potentially exposes you to both civil and criminal penalties. Please further note that any distribution of this recording would be a violation of several California laws.”
The letter also advised Tom to remove the video and inform his legal team about who he might have shared the video with.
