Rasika Sunil was born on 3 August 1992 (age 26 years; as in 2018) in Akola, Maharashtra. Her zodiac sign is Leo.
She did her primary and secondary schooling from a school in Dombivili and went to Penderkhar college to complete her senior secondary schooling. After completing her schooling, she enrolled herself in BMM College in Mumbai to pursue her graduation in Mass Media. Rasika is a trained classical dancer and holds a diploma in Bharatnatyam. She has also done Sangeet Visharad in Indian classical music. While she was in BMM college, she participated in an acting workshop, after which, she developed an interest in theatre. Thereafter, she participated in various competitions like Youth Festivals and Rajya Natya Spardhas. Later, she went onto do commercial plays.

Career
Rasika Sunil started her acting career with commercial plays. She participated in the 52nd Natya Spardha and won the 1st prize for her play ‘Love Aaj Kal.’ Next, she participated in the “Lux Jhakas Heroine Contest” on 9X TV. It was the first time that she performed on screen. In 2016, she bagged the negative role of ‘Shanaya’ in the Marathi TV serial “Mazhya Navryachi Bayko.”
In 2016, she did a lavani ‘Kashyala Lavato Naat’ in the Marathi film “Poshter Girl.” Rasika also appeared in the Marathi film Bus Stop in which she played the role of a youthful girl.
