- For every outfit that Ravi wears, he needs at least 24 hours to get ready and during that time, he is only allowed to drink coconut water and juice for the next three days. The excessive use of oil on his body had caused a skin rash, and the toxins had caused his skin to break out. Ravi ignores this and says-
It took me 24 hours to get ready. I gulped soft coconut water and other juices for these three days because I couldn’t eat anything. There are times when I get skin rashes from the paint used on my body, but I don’t mind because it’s for a good cause. Growing up, I saw a lot of struggle and hardship. It hurts to see children suffering, that’s why I continue to support or provide for them”
- The cost of clothes used by Ravi during this festival was managed by him and his friends. According to Mr. Katpadi, the most expensive dress she ever wore was ‘The Amazing Monster;’ the garment was exported from the US for Rs. 40,000.
