Raymon started his career with the family musical romance film Dance Party in 1995. He appeared in a cameo role in the film Urf Professor in 2001. He won the role of Mrs. Kriplani, Rohan’s mother, in the action crime drama film Ghayal Once Again in 2016. He appeared in Punjabi movie Khalsa Mero Roop Hai Khaas.

Raymon made his debut with the Superhit show Muqabla, aired on Doordarshan in 1990. He got cast in the television horror anthology series, Aahat, in an episodic role in 1995. He played Nikita Lalit Kapoor in the family-drama series Kkusum in 2001. the following year, Raymon got a role in the soap opera Bhabhi as Sunaina Uppal followed by the drama serial Piya Ka Ghar as Tanya.
She starred in the fantasy drama series Devi as Radhika Shastri in 2004. She played several episodic roles in television series such as Savdhaan India: Crime Alert, CID, and Chhote Heroes. She appeared in the film ‘Chhal – Sheh Aur Maat,’ which tells the narrative of a million dollar girl, ‘Aditi Jaiswal,’ whose husband is kidnapped by certain people, and the events that follow in 2012.
