Reese Witherspoon will be single again! The actress announced that she and her husband, Jim Toth, are divorcing. The couple was married for 12 years and welcomed a son, Tennessee James Toth, in 2012.

Taking to Instagram, the “Legally Blonde” star wrote, “We have some personal news to share… With great care and consideration we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful things. Years -years together and moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for all we create together.”
The note continued, “Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These things are never easy and are deeply personal. We greatly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time.”

This is Reese’s second marriage and second divorce. She was previously married to Ryan Phillippe and they have two children together.
