In January 2021, Renee Sen made her acting debut short film Suttabaazi where she played the role of Diya, a 19-year-old teenager who is addicted to social media. In the film, Diya is stuck at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, dealing with online classes and her parents’ nagging. The only relief was his new habit of smoking. Suttabaazi was screened on the Bandra Film Festival YouTube Channel under the ‘Weird’ category.
