She auditioned for the Malayalam TV show Seetha Kalyanam at the age of 18 on the advice of one of her family friends, Mr. Pradeep. His brother did not want him to pursue a career in acting, and he wanted him to focus on his education. Her relatives also spoke to her parents and said that her parents should marry her. Although her audition went well, she prayed that she would not be selected. She was cast as Swathi in the show Seetha Kalyanam, which aired on Asianet. Her role as a loving sister, beloved wife, and daring daughter-in-law is loved by fans.
