Now that Zach Shallcrosss’ season of “The Bachelor” is more than halfway over, many members of Bachelor Nation are looking forward to the next season of “The Bachelorette,” wondering who will be the next frontrunner.
With many contestants from the Shallcross season, as well as previous contestants from other seasons, there are many female leads that the show could choose to be the next “Bachelor.”
While fans don’t yet know who Shallcross ends up with at the end of her season, Bachelor Nation insider Reality Steve is now reporting that ABC has chosen its next frontrunner.

“(SPOILER): Your next “Bachelor” is… Charity Lawson,” Reality Steve Tweeted before adding, “Nothing is final until ABC officially announces it, but from everything I hear it will be Charity. I expect this announcement to be made in the coming weeks.”
The child and family therapist from Columbus, Georgia has become the front runner on this season of “The Bachelor” after she developed an instant relationship with lead Zach Shallcross. However, multiple reports have stated that Lawson will be eliminated before the Fantasy Suite date, meaning the show will likely announce her as the next “Bachelor” as early as the Women Tell All episode. The show could also wait to announce her as the lead during the After the Final Rose segment following the “Bachelor” finale.

While introducing the women of the season Zach Shallcross, host Jessie Palmer said, “It’s easy to see what makes Charity so attractive! With a smile that lights up a room, a great career and a sweet personality to match, Charity is the total package!”
Palmer went on to describe the child and family therapist from Columbus, Georgia as a loving and caring individual, saying, “Jelita Georgia took her name as a calling to love and care for people and has built her life around that. Amal is a health therapist mental and very passionate about helping people live their best lives.”
He continued, “Now, he’s ready to receive the love he gave to so many others! Amal hopes that her future husband will be honest, loyal and share the same morals. She said she was excited to meet Zach and thought the two of them could be the perfect couple on paper. Time will tell if they are also the perfect couple in person!”
Lawson and Shallcross just went on their first date two weeks ago, allowing Bachelor Nation to get to know the child and family therapist better while showing her personality and being more open to Shallcross. Although their relationship seems strong, reports have stated she will be eliminated after Hometowns and before Fantasy Suites.
Zach Shallcross’ season of “The Bachelor” continues Mondays at 8pm ET on ABC. Episodes are available to stream the following day on Hulu.
