‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Crystal King Minkoff is named in a lawsuit that she was not present at the time of the accident!

The reality star along with her pop star brother, Jeffrey Kung, and her husband Rob Minkoff are all named in the lawsuit filed by a woman named Candice Shahandeh-Rad. In the lawsuit, he claims he was stopped by a car belonging to the couple.
Jeffrey was driving the car at the time and according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the victim claimed he admitted to being distracted when he got out of the car to assess the damage. The whole accident stopped.
Shahandeh-Rad said that he was stopped on the side of the road when he was hit from behind. His car was then pushed into the back of the car in front of him causing a three-car collision.

Shahandeh-Rad described the accident as “sudden and violent” and claimed that she had suffered injuries as a result of the accident and that her car was damaged. The victim wraps Crystal and Rob in all this because she claims the car Jeffrey was driving belongs to the couple.
Fans of the reality show know that Jeffrey does not live in the United States and when he visits California he usually stays with his sister. He has been seen in the show in the background roaming and occasionally engaging with the camera.
The victim indicated in her legal documents that she believed Rob and Crystal owned the car and may have employed her brother as a driver. Regardless of the connection or reason, the victim’s car was hit, and he wants all three family members to be held accountable.

The mother of two is married to Rob who is a film director and is responsible for several fan favorite Disney films such as lion king, Stuart Littleand Haunted Mansion. So needless to say, they have the money to cover the expenses that may come from this lawsuit.
Recently, the trailer for Haunted Mansion the remake was dropped and featured a new set of stars to fill out the cast. LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, and Rosario Dawson, will star alongside Danny DeVito and Jamie Lee Curtis.
The cast will be rounded out by Dan Levy and Winona Ryder. Rob won’t be working on this remake either.

There is also a prequel series in the works called scars featuring Scar’s movie killer uncle. The series will focus on the birth of Simba and Scar realizing that with the birth of his nephew, he will never be the ruler he hoped for.
Again, Rob isn’t part of this prequel either but honestly, is Rob Minkoff hurting for money after all the success he’s had? Doubtful and by the looks of Crystal’s lifestyle and the money they handed out in red envelopes; victims will have room to play.
