The The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star looks like a fool now after being accused of not paying care pay after elective surgery. It is alleged that Kemsley was sued earlier this year by a woman named Natalie Vanderstay.
This woman claims that she is owed $8,600 in damages. In court documents obtained by Radar Online. The nurse explained, “I am a private duty nurse and provide medical services for [Dorit]. [Dorit] undergo plastic surgery and hire my services for day and night care; to monitor and assess his pain and the administration of his medication and treatment (as directed by his physician). As well as addressing all his medical needs and concerns.”
However, it seems the reality star didn’t follow through on his decision and pay for it. “I have submitted the invoice to [Dorit] after my service is over, and [Dorit] has refused to pay me.”
Dorit Kemsley Undergoes Surgery In Late 2022

Nurse Kemsley claims she worked for Bravolebrity from November 16, 2022, to November 20, 2022. She stated that her services cost $100/hour, and once she tallied the bill and sent it to Kemsley, it was a lot.
“By the hour I was working at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, totaling $8,600.” The hearing was held in April, Dorit was not present, but the nurse told the judge the reality star had been served with legal documents.
The judge ultimately ordered Kemsley to pay a total of $8,675. He hadn’t given the nurse a cent yet, and the working community members were getting frustrated waiting.

It failed, and Horne sued the couple for the initial $205,000 she came up with for the swimsuit. A woman yelled on camera at Dorit, “Why don’t you pay back the money you owe Ryan Horne? You cheap bitch!”

On the bright side, this is probably one of the cheaper debts the Kemsleys have to deal with at the moment. The couple struggled last year when their home was broken into, and many valuables were stolen.
However, Dorit underwent surgery. AFTER that, he hired a nurse after that, so one would assume he had the money to pay for it.
