After a busy news week for “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills,” these ladies took a moment to bask in the glow that was OG member Kyle Richards’ birthday.
Richards celebrated her 54th birthday on January 11, and her co-stars made sure her big day was special. Kemsley posted a sweet video on Instagram to commemorate the occasion!
If Kemsley’s post is any indication, she’s seeing brighter days lately! The latest season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” sees the horrific home invasion that Kemsley and her husband PK experienced in 2021.
Richards’ Birthday Comes After A Busy Week For Bravo’s Hit Series
As Richards embarks on another trip around the sun, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is going through some big changes!
Last week, The Blast covered various aspects of Lisa Rinna’s departure from the series. Rinna’s exit comes after nearly a decade as a cast member—she joined in 2014—and a heated season in which she feuded with Kathy Hilton.
‘RHOBH’ newcomer Diana Jenkins will also announce she is leaving the series after just one season; Jenkins’ time on the series was marked by much controversy.
Some Bravo viewers were more than happy to hear the news of Rinna’s departure. According to one of The Blast’s coverage, fans are taking to social media to discuss Rinna leaving the series, and many of them are in high spirits!
“Kathy Hilton is right,” tweeted one fan, “Lisa Rinna’s #RHOBH contract is up and not being renewed.”
“Lisa Rinna is officially GONE next season! Bring back LVP [Lisa Vanderpump] and Camille [Grammer-Meyer] for some sort of revenge season against Kyle!” another fan declared.
Vanderpump is thought to have made a cryptic comment about Rinna’s departure. He tweeted “ding dong” without any other context following the news, and many Twitter users thought it might be a “Wizard Of Oz” reference to the wizard being dead.
Jenkins, 49, cited her pregnancy as the reason behind her departure from the series. She will discuss her choice to leave with People magazine.
“As most of you know Asher and I are expecting our second child later this year,” she began in a statement, “You also know that due to many factors, the pregnancy is considered high risk and I am on bed rest as advised by doctors. Because of that, I couldn’t fully focus on filming the next season of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’ “I want to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy,” Jenkins continued, “and for their support and understanding. I promise to continue sharing my fertility journey with you,” she concluded.
Kemsley And Richards Change The Future At Richards Birthday Party!
The birthday girl and her ‘RHOBH’ pal rocked out to Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer” in a video Kemsley posted.
The busy nature of ‘RHOBH’ didn’t seem to be on Kemsley’s mind as she wrote a note to Richards in her post!
“Happiest birthday to my little dancer! I love you so much. May this be your best year yet! May you be surrounded by love and may all your wishes come true today and always. PK, Jagger, Phoenix and I are sending lots of hugs and kisses,” Kemsley told Richards.
“This is so healthy I love you both,” commented one fan.
“Was Kathy’s tequila involved in the making?” a ‘RHOBH’ viewer asked. Hilton’s line of tequila has been heavily promoted in the latest season of the series.
Both Richards and Kemsley’s official returns for the show’s thirteenth season have not been confirmed as of this writing.
