‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ star Eden Sassoon has been sued over an alleged “vicious” dog attack.
According to a legal document obtained by Explosionthe alleged dog attack occurred on August 11, 2023, when the victim, Olga Mills, was walking her own dog.
Mills claims she and her pup were “brutally” attacked “without provocation” by Sassoon’s dog, who, at the time, was in the custody of Ed Munoz, who is also being sued along with the “RHOBH” alum.

Mills accused Sassoon of failing to ensure that his dog, an Australian Shepherd named Winston, was leashed, claiming that the dog had been known to have “violent and violent tendencies that had attacked people in the past.”
In the first cause of action of her lawsuit, Mills sued Sassoon for negligence, stating that the reality TV star “had a duty of care to control [her] dog behavior and keep Winston on a leash to make sure he won’t attack or bite anyone.”
Mills claims that she and her dog, Gus, both suffered “injury and damage” due to Sassoon’s negligence of her dog, Winston.
Mills claims that he “suffered severe and permanent injuries to his body and shock and injury to himself,” which has caused him to suffer “great mental and physical pain and suffering.”

The disgruntled woman claimed that Winston’s dog bite led to a severe infection, which left her hospitalized “overnight” for treatment of her injuries.
His dog, Gus, was also hospitalized and received treatment at a veterinary clinic for his injuries.
Mills claims that the injuries from the assault have left him with “permanent disfigurement” and “permanent scarring and disfigurement” to the point of “harming and disfiguring him.”
The exact amount of damages is currently unknown and will be determined by a court hearing.

Mills also accused Sassoon of allowing his dog outside despite allegedly knowing its “dangerous tendencies and dangerous nature”.
The Australian Shepherd has “bited and attacked other people in the past,” he said in the lawsuit. Still, Sassoon allegedly allowed Winston to be in public “knowing that.” [he] will try to attack and bite anyone in its sights.”
Mills accused Sassoon of acting “intentionally, recklessly and negligently” and the reality TV star’s “willful and knowing disregard for the safety of others.”
Olga Mills Sues For Damages Over $25,000

In the legal filing, Mills is seeking compensatory damages in excess of $25,000.
Mills also asked Sassoon to pay the costs of the lawsuit and seek “such further relief as the court deems just and proper.”
For her part, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
