It was big news when the outlet began reporting that lawyers and other associates at his firm were accused of mishandling more than $3 million in settlement funds meant for families of Indonesian plane crash victims, and that’s just in Chicago.

We mentioned, Girardi and his associates were charged in 2 states. One is Los Angeles and the other, is Chicago.

In LA Girardi was charged with wire fraud after allegations he embezzled $15 million came to light. Court documents allege that Girardi used the stolen money to cover salaries at the firm, personal expenses and an enormous American Express bill.

Those personal expenses include fees at two different national clubs. Kamon admitted that he and Girardi “planned” a plan to execute a scheme that would defraud their trusted customers. This allegedly started in 2010 before his death in 2020.

Tom has been a member of the bar since 1965 and has risen to become a sought after lawyer, this downfall is a huge embarrassment for him and his team. He cooperated with Kamon CFO according to court documents.

The court documentation is very detailed about how the money was embezzled, they used a clear step by step process to get the money into the Girardi Keese account and the staff there would make the victims and their families raise hell.

“GIRARDI and KAMON will send and cause to be sent seditious communications to clients that, among other things, falsely deny that settlement proceeds have been paid and falsely claim that Girardi Keese cannot pay settlement proceeds to clients until certain requirements have been established. have been met, such as addressing the appropriate tax obligations, obtaining the necessary permits from a judge, and satisfying medical liens and other debts.

The deeper you read, the more disgusted you become. Girardi seems like a stand-up guy on RHOBH. It seems that what we see on reality TV is not actually reality.

Many believe that Tom’s wife, reality star Erika Jayne (Girardi) had to take the fall somehow for Tom’s bad behavior as she was experiencing some challenges with her health. It was reported that shortly after that nonsense about the fan, he was diagnosed with Dementia and as we heard from Erika on RHOBH, she would call him confused sometimes from the nursing home.

The p***y-popping singer also shared that Tom struggled with his memory long before the condition deteriorated; she remembered him always telling the same story and sometimes snapping it after a very bad car accident in which she flipped her car.

Court documents have nothing to say about Girardi’s failing health, but they do list wire communications and banks involved such as JP Morgan, Chase, First Century Bank and several banks in Washington and New York.

Obviously, Tom and his friends are busy.
