Ryan Boyajian Steals Old People

OC Jennifer Pedanti’s boyfriend has been hit with a lawsuit from a man who accused him of running his life. An 82-year-old man named Gordon Barienbrock is suing Boyajian for “elder financial abuse.” In court documents obtained by Online Radar The reality star’s lawyer said:
“This was a real estate deal that Ryan was involved in and he got out of that deal as quickly as he could when he found out this 86-year-old man was the subject of federal indictments. Ryan wanted out of the deal immediately when he found out he was dealing with such a person. Then he sued Ryan.”
All of this seems to be over a home purchase that is, well, a failed purchase.
Ryan Boyajian Agrees to Buy $7.9 Million House

The entrepreneur allegedly agreed to buy the house in 2018 from the elderly man. It’s a 16.1-acre residential parcel that’s on the market for a staggering $7.9 million. Boyajian allegedly agreed to pay the purchase price by December 31, 2020.
Barienbrock said the reality star has plans to convert the large single-family residence into seven separate, individual residential lots. But when the deal fell through, Boyajian also defaulted on the $926k lien on the property he had originally asked to be placed on the house “to provide protection.”
Since Ryan didn’t hold back on his offer, there was a legal backlash for Barienbrock who ended up having to deal with the Federal Trade Commission on matters unrelated to the property.
FTC Takes Over

Liens allow the FTC to come in and try to repossess and freeze certain assets. When Barienbrock was found not guilty all claims against him were released but still, Boyajian would not close escrow and refused to issue a lien.
The 82-year-old said his actions prevented him “from being able to sell this property, pay off the debt, and get the funds that the sale will generate to meet other obligations and to provide comfort in his remaining years.”
The lawsuit then named Boyajian, writing, “The flagrant refusal by Boyajian and other Defendants to comply with the express terms of the Agreement has resulted in the commission by Boyajian and other Defendants of financial abuse of the elderly and their joint and several liability. for large damages, as alleged.”
The older man has stated that he cannot sell his house and has incurred costs of one million dollars.

He’s already putting out too many fires for Ryan among his new girlfriends. With allegations that he was walking around pointing at women, he was going to hit on Tamra Judge’s former Cut Fitness gym.
