Shannon Beador will not spend any time in prison for her September DUI, Hit-and-Run case after striking a plea deal with prosecutors.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star pleaded no contest to the two charges against her in the case.
As we reported, Beador was arrested for driving erratically into a residential area and crashed into a house as he tried to park his vehicle.
Shannon Beador Sentenced to Three Years of Probation for DUI Case
Beador was originally charged with three counts — one count of driving under the influence (DUI), one count of Hit and Run and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more.

According to the plea agreement, the Hit-and-Run charge was dismissed but he pleaded no contest to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more and driving under the influence of alcohol.
As a result, the “RHOC” star was sentenced to three years of probation. He was also ordered to perform 40 hours of community service; pay a $390 fine and enter the First Offender Alcohol program for 9 months.
Beador no doubt took it easy because the charges against him were misdemeanors and he could have faced up to a year in prison for his actions.
Beador made headlines on September 16 after he was pulled over by officers for driving under the influence. Around 1 a.m. PT, he drove his car into a residential property in Newport Beach Saturday night and reportedly “cut into” the house.
He then turned his car around and parked it in the middle of the street before getting out and pretending like he was just walking his dog down the street. The California native, however, could not fool the authorities who quickly realized that he “looked useless.”
He was taken in and his car impounded as part of the investigation. The mother of three was cited and later released without bond. At the time of his arrest, his lawyer assured in a statement that he would cooperate fully and take responsibility for his actions.
“I spent some time with Shannon yesterday. He was very sorry and regretful. We will await official information regarding this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for his actions.”

Another source elaborated on what happened, saying Beador left her phone behind after a night out and was unable to call Uber as a result. “He was unable to call Uber without his phone and decided to drive back to the spot, resulting in the accident,” an insider told ET Online. “Shannon is very upset and knows she made a big mistake. He was always against drinking and driving and never did. He told friends that this error in judgment would not happen again.”
His good friend, Jeff Lewis, echoed the same statement. Explaining on his “Jeff Lewis Live SiriusXM” show that he was “shocked” by the development, the radio personality said he “never knew Shannon at all, never, never drank and drove. That’s something we’ve both talked about before.”
He declared that his best friend was not an alcoholic and attributed Beador’s accident to “a lot of personal struggles.” Lewis later claimed, “I’m happy to say that he’s going into counseling this week, so I’m happy about that.”
‘RHOC’ Stars Focus On Getting Healthy
Although Beador has barely commented on his DUI case, he returned to social media a month after his arrest to update fans on his well-being.
In a short clip of him walking his dog, the 59-year-old bares his heart, saying “I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, and there’s been a lot of talk about what’s happened recently. But unfortunately, right now, I am not in a position to comment. But there will be times when I can, and I intend to be open, honest, and genuine.”
She informed her fans that her focus is to “get healthy, get back to myself and walk Archie.” The Bravo star appears in great spirits in the clip.
