Lisa Hochstein has filed an emergency motion for support from her soon-to-be ex-husband Lenny Hochstein so she can feed and clothe her children.

Not to be dramatic or anything but the single mother of two shared in court documents that she is unable to take care of her children’s materialistic needs because she lacks the money to do so.
The 40-year-old claimed that he tried to “buy diapers and food for a minor,” but “the credit card was declined.” Specifically, she talked about the American Express card she had access to throughout their marriage.
Whether Lenny, 56, likes it or not, he definitely owes Lisa, they share two children together: son Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 3.

Lenny supposedly threw a $100,000 bash and he took an Uber around town to take their kids trick or treating because at that point, Lenny had taken ALL the cars from him. Lisa is asking the court to force Lenny to uphold the “reasonable financial status quo,” and pay his attorney’s fees, of course.

Seeing Lisa on the show, we know that $30k is how much she can spend in a day. Hell, if he plans to keep the marital home on Star Island, 30k might pay light bills or a month’s mortgage?

We can see why Lisa complains about money, she is now used to the lifestyle. Lenny also kindly reminded the reality star that the prenup indicated that if a divorce was to happen, she would have to leave the Star Island house within 30 days of the divorce filing or after the divorce was finalized.
Lisa didn’t go and Lenny claimed it cost her $455,000 in household expenses while Lisa and the kids stayed.
