The big allegations in reality TV star Leah McSweeney’s lawsuit continue with shocking accusations against Andy Cohen for promoting a dysfunctional behind-the-scenes culture at Bravo.
The TV personality recently filed a scathing complaint against the network and its celebrity for exploiting his alcohol problem. In her lawsuit, she painted Cohen as a cocaine user and claimed it was no secret that Bravo “thrived off drug and alcohol use.”

According to court documents filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New York, McSweeney accused Bravo and Cohen of violating her rights under employment law. He underscored the seriousness of his case by exposing an alleged substance-induced network culture.
The fashion designer, who appeared on two seasons of “The Real Housewives of New York City” and one season of the spin-off show “The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip,” alleges executive producer Cohen “engaged in cocaine use with the Housewives he worked for .”
McSweeney claims that the “Watch What Happens Live” host’s “penchant for cocaine use with her employees is well-known throughout the Real Housewives franchise.” He insists that his drug use is problematic because it gives special preferential treatment to Housewives.
“Cohen tended to provide cocaine-using Housewives with better treatment and [makes them appear more agreeably [in] edit [of their shows],” the legal document claims. However, it did not name the reality TV star.

The allegations don’t end there, as McSweeney believes Cohen’s alleged cocaine use is being used to promote the dysfunctional culture at the Bravo Network. The allegations read:
“Cohen intentionally used cocaine with his employees to further promote a workplace culture that thrived on drug and alcohol use, leading to a failure to accommodate employees with disabilities and attempts to remain substance-free.”
As for Bravo, the reality TV giant is being called out for promoting such terrible culture. Apart from alcohol and drug use, they are accused of neglecting sexually predatory behaviour. In his allegations, McSweeney highlighted the case of a producer employed by Shed Media.
Shed Media is the production company behind the shows “RHONY” and “RHUGT” and other “Real Housewives” shows. One of their publishers allegedly “routinely sends unsolicited pictures [their] genitalia to … low-level production workers.”
The lawsuit also alleges that Bravo “knew or should have known about [the producer’s] sexual harassment.” However, the network refused to take action, and “[they] continues to increase [the producer] to a more powerful position.”
As we reported, this is the second accusation against Cohen in the past few days regarding alleged inappropriate behavior.
