The housewife really needs to find a way to curb her attitude and mouth from now on because she has finally met someone who is willing to take legal action. Darby sued Dillard for defamation.
Specifically, Michael is suing Candiace for comments she made this season at Wendy Osefo’s “burn session” party. “Your husband likes to leave you and go to a man named [censored]his house and suck his son,” he said during the messy party.
It’s important to note that shortly before Candiace made this comment, Ashley Darby, Michael’s soon-to-be ex-wife claimed that Candiace’s husband Chris Bassett had been “DMing people” in a not so “harmless” way.
Candiace isn’t kidding her man, in the same breath, she tells Ashley that Michael is paying for sex from this guy too.

In a funny twist, Candiace is only on the show because her “friend” Ashley introduced her. women run the competition circuit at the same time and know each other in passing. They almost immediately couldn’t keep their friendship together.
The youngest of the group of women on the show, Candiace, and Ashley are known to talk about a few things but none more so than Michael Darby. At first, Candiace expressed to Ashley that she thought she could find a better husband.
Candiace also brought allegations of cheating on Ashley involving Michael and another woman at a hotel. A picture hit the internet of him in his boxers. What he did and who took the picture is not known exactly.

The restaurant is now suing Candiace for a hefty $2 million. He called her “sucking” allegations a burden and slapped the singer with cease and desist about the allegations and others she has made about her sex life on TV.
Michael was disappointed that Candiace did not retract her statement. We don’t think she ever planned to do that, if anything, in the show, Candiace has doubled down on Michael. But let’s be honest, the Australian reality star has had some messy moments and hasn’t made it easy on herself.

Michael tends to drink a lot at some events and things get out of hand and he gets a little touchy. A RHOP producer claimed that Michael pinched her bottom on set. In fact it happened until Michael had charges brought against him. They were later fired.
Robyn Dixon and Candiace also claimed that they heard Michael say he was going to “suck Juan’s d**k” at another group event. Several other women testified to seeing and hearing Michael doing other sexual things but were not as vocal about it as Candiace was.
The drama between the women has dragged their partners into the mix and now someone is paying for it.
