Chef Richard Blais will be featured on the latest episode of FOX TV’s Next Level Chef. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the reality television chef is worth $5 million. Season 2 of Next Level Chef will feature three mentor chefs who will oversee a talented collection of home cooks, line cooks, food truck entrepreneurs and social media stars assigned to their respective teams. All candidates will be hoping to show their cooking skills and win the challenge.

Blais will guide six candidates in the game, who will battle it out against Team Ramsay and Team Arrington. Only one contestant will be able to claim the title of “Next Level Chef” at the end. Blais’ team consists of six participants:

In the latest episode of FOX TV’s Next Level Chef season 2, American chef, restaurateur, author and television personality Richard Blais will co-host with popular MasterChef star Gordon Ramsay and Chef Hunter star Nyesha Arrington. Blais, 50, has been part of the hotel sector for almost 15 years. The chef was born on February 19, 1972, in Uniondale, New York, and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, in 1998. He has worked as an apprentice for famous chefs such as Thomas Kellar, Ferran Adria, and Daniel Boulud .

Richard Blais started his career at McDonald’s cooking Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. He went on to complete his CIA training at the famous French Laundry in Yountville, California, from humble origins. Four Flamingos, Ember & Rye, Juniper and Ivy, and The Crack Shack are among his establishments. Richard Blais is best known for his appearance on Bravo’s Top Chef. After finishing runner-up in the show’s fourth season, he returned to win the championship on Top Chef: All-Star.

What can we expect from Fox TV’s Next Level Chef Season 2?

Season 2 of Next Level Chef is divided into three cooking phases, each with its own collection of ingredients and difficulty. The top tier receives an initial pool of material, while the bottom two tiers must find whatever is available. Only one contestant will be named the Next Level Chef and receive the $250,000 grand prize. They will also get a year of mentoring from Gordon, Nyesha, and Richard.

According to the FOX press release, the official synopsis of the program is as follows:

“Next Level Chef, produced by Ramsay Global Studio and FOX Alternative Entertainment, is the next evolution in cooking competition, as Ramsay has created a unique culinary set on an iconic stage like you’ve never seen before. Each floor of the three-story building has a very diverse kitchen.”

Next Level Chef season 2 will debut on FOXTV on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at 10:30pm ET/ 7:30pm PT. The program will then return to its usual Thursday night time slot at 8pm ET.
