Richard moved to Hollywood in 1999 and began his professional dance career in music videos, live performances and commercials. In 2001, he appeared as a dancer on NSYNC’s ‘Pop’ album. Likewise, he has performed for JC Chasez (Blowin’ Me Up), Missy Elliot (Gossip Folks), and Lady Gaga (‘Paparazzi,’ ‘Telephone,’ ‘Judas,’ and others).
She worked as an assistant choreographer to award-winning choreographers Michael Rooney and Laurieann Gibson. Lady Gaga hired Jackson as her choreographer and visual director in November 2011.
