RJ Anmol is an Indian radio jockey, talk show host, event manager and author known for doing retro music shows on radio. He went viral in 2016 when news broke that he was the husband of actress Amrita Rao.

RJ Anmol has worked as a radio jockey and host in various shows. He became popular with his radio show Purani Jeans-Anmol Ke Saath, which made Radio Mirchi the number one radio channel in Mumbai. He later became the host of the celebrity talk show My Life My Story on Netflix. He later hosted the show Anmol Ki Anmol Kahaaniya on Radio Nasha.

He has organized various corporate and cultural events such as A Night With Melody Queen and The Laxmikant Pyarelal Night. He has also worked as a host on Star Sports channel during ODI World Cup 2015. He is also famous for hosting radio shows from different places like local buses, hotels, and residences of his radio show listeners.

- In 2016, he ran a radio campaign #RoadforRafi to change the name of Bandra’s 16th road to Mohd Rafi Marg which received good support from his listeners.
- People were shocked in 2023 when he revealed that he had married Amrita Rao in 2014; however, they kept their marriage a secret for two years until 2016. He also revealed that they had a very modest wedding that cost only Rs 1.5 Lakhs. Amrita Rao wears a saree that costs Rs 3000, and Anmol wears a dress that costs only Rs 2500. Her mangal sutra costs only Rs 18000, and the wedding venue is arranged for Rs 11000.
