Career
After graduating from Jamia Millia Islamia, he worked as a Customer Service Representative at Airtel. In 2000, he won Radio Mirchi’s RJ Hunt show after competing with around 30,000 contestants. He has been working with Radio Mirchi ever since. His first show with Radio Mirchi was ‘Dr. Love.’ Naved hosted shows like ‘Sunset Samosa’ and ‘Bumper to Bumper.’ He is famous for ‘Mirchi Murga,’ a show where he would make prank calls. Despite some backlash, ‘Mirchi Murga’ remains his most popular and famous performance.

Facts/Trivia
- During his school days in Delhi, he worked part-time installing curtain rods at home in the evenings where he earned Rs. 1200 per month.
- While working as a Customer Service Representative, she would sometimes speak in a female voice to male customers, who often flirted with her.
- Naved used to host a show for Radio Mirchi for about 2.5 years where he used to review newly released movies. He, however, never watched any of them because he didn’t have enough money. He relies on his friends who have seen the film to give him story details for his review.
- His hobbies include painting.
- In 2023, he appeared on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ where he jokingly called house help Archana Puran Singh.
