Actress Megan Fox may have a good resolution to the drama involving Robby Starbuck.
The former politician, who recently moved from California to Tennessee, criticized the “Jennifer’s Body” actress and accused her of forcing her three sons to wear feminine clothing, including dresses. However, Starbuck’s did not have permission to post the photo, and the paparazzi agency that owned the photo spoke out.
Robby Starbuck Is In Legal Hot Water After Posting Photos Of Megan Fox’s Son Without Permission
This is Megan Fox’s son. We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played in the park. I saw 2 of them having a bad time saying they were forced by their mother to wear girls clothes because their babysitter was trying to comfort them. It is pure child abuse. Pray for them. pic.twitter.com/k3ULKG7fFm

On June 8, the self-proclaimed “Free Thinker” took to Instagram to share not one, but several photos of Fox’s three children. “This is Megan Fox’s son. We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played in the park. I saw 2 of them having a bad time saying they were forced by their mother to wear girls clothes because their babysitter was trying to comfort them. It is pure child abuse. Pray for them,” he tweeted.
She deleted the photo featuring another photo of Fox with her kids, but shared “more context” to the situation, writing, “This was about 5 years ago so they are younger than they are in this photo. There are more witnesses + babysitters when boys do this. It starts with one and the other one chimes in. The 3rd child is not involved.”
It’s really horrible. It was about 5 years ago so the 2 involved are younger than they look here. I was reluctant to share this before because they were young and knew California wouldn’t do anything about it. It’s tragic. DM btw, I have an idea to fight this notion.

“We know California won’t do anything about it because the state celebrates this and he’s famous. Even weirder: I had worked with Megan on a small shoot about a year or so before she moved into our community and she was really nice to me so I was surprised when this happened later,” he continued.
“Just a very strange situation but obviously the boy was not happy. I never said anything publicly because they were young and I thought it would stop because they vocally expressed a desire to wear ‘boy clothes’. We moved to TN shortly after and I saw pictures of these boys circulating online this week,” he added. “It’s sad it didn’t stop then and wish there was more we could have done then but there’s really nothing we can do in CA.”
Robby Starbuck Reportedly Did Not Get Permission To Use The Photos
MEGA
On Tuesday, the paparazzi reportedly released a legal letter to the former GOP candidate claiming that he did not have a license to use the photo, nor did he purchase it, according to TMZ. They claim that Starbuck’s is infringing their copyright on the photo and shutting down any possible claim for “fair use.”
Although some of his comments in his Twitter network appear to be politically motivated, Backgrid, the agency that owns the photo, claims that he cannot argue that the photo was used for political purposes and does not meet the legal standard that allows him to use it under the “fair use” clause.
“While historically this has not always been the case, we expect those who hope to serve as representatives of our people to lead by example and fully comply with federal law. Today, we demand that you do so,” the outlet reported that they wrote in the legal letter. They asked Starbuck to grant their request, since millions of users had seen the photo and Backgrid didn’t get a dime.
Megan Responds to Claims She Forced Her Kids to Wear Girls’ Clothes
Over the weekend, the 37-year-old actor released a statement on Instagram in response to the viral tweet. “hey @robbystarbuck I really don’t want to give this attention to you because it’s obvious you’re an influencer but let me teach you something… no matter how desperate you are at any given moment to gain wealth, power, success or fame – don’t use children as leverage or social currency,” he wrote. “especially under the pretense of evil and wrong.”
“Exploiting my child’s gender identity to gain attention in your political campaign has put you on the wrong side of the universe,” he continued. “I’ve been burned at the stake by insecure, narcissistic, impotent little men like you many times but I’m still here. you’re dating the wrong witch.”

He followed it up with another message on his Instagram Stories featuring an article from the New York Post. The headline read: “Nurse shocked: I caught ‘witches holding caracas eating ceremony’ on my security camera.”
“I’m out robbing a starbucks,” the actress captioned the photo.
Megan Fox has responded to my concerns about her boys dressing up as girls with an IG post where she seems to threaten me with magic. Does that seem like a sane response to you? His post and my reply are back below. ⬇️⬇️ pic.twitter.com/6ioRvpYK5i
