Rosanna Scotto began her career as a television reporter at WTBS, Ted Turner’s UHF television station in Atlanta. During her tenure at the station, she worked as a reporter for two local programs and as an assistant producer for a nightly newscast. Then, in 1982, he returned to his native New York City to work as a reporter for WABC-TV. He was a consultant for the program Good Morning New York, which later became Live with Regis and Kathie Lee. After a year, he became a reporter for WABC-TV’s Eyewitness News.
In 1986, he left WABC to join WNYW Fox. He started as a weekend anchor and reporter there. Later that year, in 1994, he began presenting the weekday version of Fox 5 News. He also guest-starred on an episode of the Fox New York police thriller Undercover. He also starred in films including The Object of My Affection Lisa Picard Is Famous, Ransom, The Scout, Miracle on 34th Street, and Ghostbusters.
