Roseanne Barr’s Ex-husband Claims She ‘Hated’ Donald Trump Before Joining MAGA

Actor Tom Arnold breaks his silence on his ex-wife, Roseanne BarrRecent and controversial political commentary at MAGA events.

Arnold and Barr were married from 1990 to 1994, a period during which she claimed her ex was not a fan of former president Donald Trump.

Now the actress feels that it has become a “s— show” watching her support Trump amid his ongoing campaign for re-election.

‘The de-evolution of Roseanne Barr’

Arnold recently responded to Barr’s controversial antics, including her shocking remarks at the MAGA gathering. It seems the actress has been watching the whole thing from the sidelines but decided to speak out after she was tagged in a tweet about Roseanne Barr’s “de-evolution.”

We hate David Duke. Love Edwin Edwards. We support Bill Clinton. Go to the Inauguration. LOVE Hillary Clinton. There he is at our house raising $ for Democrats. Roseanne HATES Donald Trump. After we got divorced Trump told me I was lucky he was disgusting. Life is strange https://t.co/32ShrES9ei

Her tagged tweet read, “The deevolution of Roseanne Barr has become— the show to watch. I remember in 1990 when he and @TomArnold sent $2500 to the anti-David Duke organization I worked for to help defeat him in the US Senate race. Today, he would probably send money to the Duke. Sad.”

Arnold later responded that he and his ex-wife initially shared the same political values, loving the same politicians as Edwin Edwards and Bill Clinton and “hating” people like David Luke and Donald Trump.

He later stated that his change in direction was surprising, adding, “Life is strange.”

What Roseanne Barr Said At The MAGA Rally

Arnold’s reaction came after Barr delivered a controversial speech steeped in conspiracy theories about Nazi fascists, communists, and Christian democracy at TurningPoint USA’s annual AmericaFest event.

In his speech, he claimed that fascist Nazis and communists were making moves to introduce “a caliphate” that would replace “every Christian democracy on Earth now!”

He then insisted the government reveal “the truth” while referring to Republican and Democratic lawmakers as “nothing but c—.”

“I just want the truth,” Barr can be heard fuming. “We have the right to hear the truth. That’s what we want! We want the truth!”

He added, per Online Radar, “We don’t care which party is wrong, we know they’re both nothing but c—! They are both waiting! They both stole us blind! We just want the truth about everything we fought and died for, and suffered to protect!”

Roseanne Barr’s Controversial Claims About the Covid Vaccine

Earlier that month, Barr also made outrageous comments about the COVID-19 vaccine during an appearance on Bill Maher’s YouTube podcast, “Club Random.”

He told his host that, in his view, the vaccine was designed to harm the population rather than serve as a protective immunization against a widespread virus.

“They are trying to—— kill us! That’s why they give us vaccines,” Barr claimed, adding that it was all orchestrated by “crazy psychopathic billionaires who hate ‘common people.’”

The two’s discussion took a strange turn when Barr introduced topics such as “lizard people” and the Zohar, a collection of books that delve into the mystical dimensions of the Hebrew Bible.

“You’re going to say I’m mentally ill, which I say I am,” Barr said. “But you have to listen to the mentally ill, as the Zohar says.”

When Maher later asked him about the Zohar, Barr stated that “they are Satan worshipers from Babylon; they are reptiles” before calling them “lizard people.”

Roseanne Barr Once Claimed Nobody Died in the Holocaust

In the past, Barr has also made controversial claims about the Holocaust, saying that no one died, contrary to what history books and human accounts claim.

“Nobody died in the Holocaust, that’s the truth,” Barr said on Theo Von’s “This Past Weekend” podcast. “Six million Jews should be dead by now because they caused all the problems in the world.”

Shortly after his comments on the podcast, Barr was slammed on social media, with many taking his comments to be anti-Semitic.

One said at the time, “Sarcasm or not, Roseanne Barr’s comments about Jews and the Holocaust are reprehensible and irresponsible. This is not funny. And shame on Theo Von for letting it go unchallenged and instead diving into conspiracy theories about Jews and Hollywood.”

However, instead of apologizing, Barr doubled down on her stance and lashed out at her critics.

“Why don’t you go yourself,” Barr said in a statement. “We are under such heavy satanic mind control in this country and I am always trying to break through it.”
