‘Sorority Row’ Cast Details Her Different Birth Experiences
While the eldest Willis daughter easily rocked motherhood, her birth experience wasn’t easy. The 34-year-old previously detailed her birth process during an “Informed Pregnancy” podcast conversation, highlighting how different a normal birth process can be.
According to the media personality, she had her first child at home with the help of a doula; in his words, it was a “crazy” experience that changed his life. Recalling the unforgettable experience, the “Now and Then” star said she gave birth with her amniotic sac intact.
Describing what it was like, Willis said that “the bag of water was bulging but still not coming out” even though she was ready to push her son out. Since the birth didn’t go as planned, the midwives advised it was safe for them to do something about it.
The doula asked the TV personality to break her amniotic sac, and Willis did as instructed. Explaining how the moment came about, the 34-year-old actress insists that she “achieved [her] finger up and can feel this little bag … like a water balloon but with a tougher skin.”
She added, “There’s a photo of me, and I just see shocked and surprised faces because it’s a different sensation when the bag of water is pushing your cervix than when the baby’s head is.” The “Hidden Disclosure” star shared that everything went smoothly after her amniotic sac ruptured.
Still sharing her birth experience, the former “DWTS” winner revealed that she gave birth at home without medication, pushing her daughter Louetta without any problems. When the newborn baby came out of her, she was caught by her father and the midwife.

Willis raved about her daughter’s somewhat dramatic entry into the world. She explained, “It was the wildest thing. She had a rope wrapped around her neck, but it was also wrapped around her body, like, almost, like, a prom sash.”
After unwrapping her daughter and hugging her, Willis emotionally described the moment as “the happiest and happiest moment” for her.
